FAQs
Is meal prep required for your program?
Meal prep is NOT required but is highly encouraged to have meals planned out. I coach my clients to think about their week as a whole and have food on hand or know where/ when they are planning to eat! I have dining out guides and shopping guides to help my clients make choices that align with their goals even when out and about!
Can I participate in your program if I am a picky eater?
Of course! My goal is to help all my clients reach their health and wellness goals and step out of their comfort zone. I encourage all of my clients to try new foods! You are not going to like everything, but the willingness to TRY is the most important thing to me in this journey. If you are not willing to make any changes, you are not going to see any changes.
Can I cook for myself and my family while doing your program without cooking 2 meals?
Absolutely, I encourage clients to cook for themselves and their families. I provide a recipe catalog filled with family-friendly meals ideas that will require little to no moderation. During coaching sessions, it is important to talk about what is working and what is not. I am able to help navigate the dreaded dinner disappointment into a delicious and nutritious meal!
